Vehicle Details
93’ (best year for the first gen) 12 valve Cummins with a 518 automatic transmission. 6” skyjacker lift with red head steering box and crossover steering. 4×4. Currently running 37×12.5×16.5. Have smaller rims and wheels to help with transport if purchasing out of state.
Engine has been gone through and runs well. Hamilton cam and tappets, arp studs, new head gasket, resealed valves, new 100 lb springs, shaved rockers, Denny t stage 2 fuel pin and 4000 lb gov springs. Running a COMPOUND TURBOS. H1C with a 16 cm hot side and a Gillette 60 mm cold side, paired with a S475.
Truck runs and drives great. There are a few expected quirks but it’s what you get with an almost 30 year old truck. Fuel sensor is going out. Fuel shut off sylonoid works intermittent (installed a manual pull cable). Some light body work done, was prepping it for paint. Check engine light is on occasionally but temp runs low, no blow by and no other mechanical issues (light is due to engine upgrades).
I love this truck but I’m expecting my fourth child in October. Going to be getting a full crew cab of some sort. Let me know if you have any questions. Listed very reasonable for what this truck is and what they usually go for. Truck has less than 150k mi.
