I specialize mainly in fine sterling silver jewelry, but I will also sell fine gold jewelry as well as sometimes costume jewelry. We want to bring a wide variety of the best items at reasonable prices. We love our customers, and love repeat buyers. I will always offer better prices to those who purchase multiple items!
Shipping
Most shipping is free, however if items are on clearance or at auction, a small shipping fee will apply.
Combined Shipping
If you purchase multiple items I will combine shipping. I will charge shipping for the original item, and then $1 for each additional item
International Shipping
International shipping MUST be done through Ebay global shipping program. Please go through Ebay GSP to get a quote for shipping. I will combine shipping to Ebay GSP.
Returns
At Glenn’s Gems we want every customer to be happy. If you decide that you are not happy with your purchase, you can feel free to return. We will charge a 15% restocking fee. Please open a return from the purchase history page on ebay, it is easier for us to keep track of the returns.
