Shipping methods:
Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.  Items are shipped no later than 1 day of payment unless it is paid on the weekend or just before the weekend.   LOCAL PICK-UPS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED!!!!

Damages or Lost:
For damaged items, please notify me ASAP.  A claim will be filed, and if cleared by the
shipping company
, a refund will be issued ASAP.  Claims take 3-7 weeks to clear so please be patient.  In the event of a loss, items will be handled on a case to case basis.
