These are Catholic Scapulars, Purple Scapulars,  House Scapulars or “Scapulars of Benediction” as described by the revelations of Marie-Julie Jahenny.  They are large at 3.5″ x 4.5″. They have the five knots in the hand crochet cord representing the five wounds of Jesus. The nail and crown image is imprinted on actual wool felt.
These are handsewn, made to order in the US, and the funds go to support our adoption of three special needs children with Down Syndrome from Eastern Europe.
Hand wash cold if needed,  lay flat. Front image is printed on a kind of vinyl banner cloth–solid material–and the back image is stamped on red felt. Please allow two weeks for delivery in the continental US. Contact seller for International purchases.

Thanks so much for buying! Some self appointed persons ae trying to say that the Scapular is the same as those large ones linked to an Order like the Carmelites. They are not. At this point, there are no official rubrics as regard the manufacture of these Scapulars. The Bishop of Nantes in Brittany has been contacted for clarification. Until until then, there are no rules as proclaimed by self-appointed lay watchdogs. The only information we have from the visions of Marie-Julie Jahenny of blessed memory are that the scapular back and front panels are wool and so are the straps. You have that here.
