US Sales Tax and International VAT Taxes are handled by eBay, who calculates
and collects the taxes. Sellers have no control over when or what amount is
collected. If you have a tax issue or question, you should contact eBay to
address it.
COMBINED
SHIPPING: To get a shipping discount on multiple items, you must combine them
in your Shopping Cart. The discounted shipping price will be calculated there.
DO NOT USE the Buy It Now button or you will pay full shipping on each item you
purchase. Shipping cannot be combined on items purchased separately. As a rule,
you should never use the Buy It Now button. Your cart always allows you one
last time to review your order and avoid purchasing duplicate items or items
you did not want.
INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS please note that Standard Shipping means your notes, packed in a
carboard protector, will be sent in a regular 6×9 franked envelope, but without
tracking. The letter may not be more than be more than 6.35mm thick, so if you
plan to order more than 20 notes (not items), you will need to choose First
Class Mail International, or contact me first to make other arrangements.

ADDRESS:
Please make sure that your Ship To Address is correct and includes any box
number or apartment number that may be necessary. I only ship to the address
provided to me through eBay. I cannot change or reroute shipments from that
address.
ITEM
PICTURES: You will not receive the exact note in the picture. The Serial Number
will differ, and the Prefix may be different. If you need a specific prefix,
please contact me to see if it is available. I am sorry, but I do not deal in
Fancy Numbers (e.g., Radars, Repeaters, Ladders, etc.).
DIMPLES:
Modern notes with heavy security strips sometimes develop “dimples” as the
notes are counted in high-speed counters at the printers. According to PMG and
IBNS, this does not disqualify the note as uncirculated. If you are looking for
specimens with mild dimpling, please contact me first. Postproduction flaws
likes counting ticks and band bending are considered flaws in and UNC note. I
will specify such notes as A-UNC and note the specific damage.
PACKAGING:
All notes are shipped in a cardboard sandwich. USPS First Class for domestic
orders are shipped in a 6×9 bubble mailer. Priority Mail is shipped in USPS
Priority Mail flat rate packaging. Standard International Shipping is in a
franked 6×9 manila envelope (no tracking). First Class International is shipped
in a 6×9 bubble mailer.
